Alliance Connect: March Webinar Wrap-Up & Review

Following the success of our January webinar, we held our second Alliance Connect partner webinar on Thursday 25th March. The agenda included updates on the Alliance Programme, a Wave demonstration from our Head of Product plus sessions with Gradwell’s marketing and onboarding teams.

Alliance Programme: Partner levels & The Alliance University

Our partner and marketing teams are working hard in preparation for the launch of our Alliance Programme. Since our last webinar, we’ve made great progress which Justin Powell shared during the session. Here’s a brief overview:

Making partner levels and progression journeys easy to understand

We’ve remodelled our partner levels and now offer two levels of partnership: select (commission-based) and business (wholesale). Each partner level comes with a range of benefits plus access to Alliance resources. We redesigned these levels so it’s easier to understand what level of commitment is expected from both the partner and Gradwell.

Better partner training: Alliance University

We’ve created an Alliance University online portal. Designed to cater for all staff training and user needs, the university contains certificated courses, interactive content and classroom training to help you get the most out of our products.

Live Wave demonstration

Since our last update, our product team have been working hard on upgrading our MUV architecture, updating MUV handsets and devices. We’ve written a dedicated blog about these updates if you’d like more information.

In addition, we’ve also released new features to our Wave product. These features are designed to improve the Wave experience and make it easier for customers and partners to configure as per their business needs. Our Head of Product, Darren Standing gave us a live demonstration of the latest functionality which you can revisit in our webinar recording.

Meet the Onboarding Team

In every Alliance Connect session, we’re keen to introduce our partner team to important members of our wider business. For March, it was Head of Onboarding, Damon Edmunds who made an appearance.

Damon explained the role and responsibilities of the onboarding team, how they’ve updated our number porting processes and how they’re working to improve onboarding for partners.

And that’s a wrap! The next Alliance Connect session will take place on Tuesday 25th May. We also have some exciting product-specific webinars coming up – featuring 3CX and Poly – which we’ll share in due course.
