Description

Whether you have ADSL broadband or superfast fibre broadband (FTTC), the Vigor 2862n is perfect for small offices and the home office. This model is packed with professional features includes up to five built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports for connecting your office equipment.

The router’s firewall includes content filtering to give you control over what any users can download, as well as websites that users can and cannot visit.

The Draytek Vigor 2862n’s web interface provides you with all the tools to manage all aspects of your office network, whilst the dashboard on the home screen provides at-a-glance view of your device (such as WAN and LAN status). Built-in user management allows you to provide conditional internet access to difference users based on their own unique login, stored in the router.

The Draytek Vigor 2862n includes USB ports for file/printer sharing as well as fallback to a mobile dongle (supplied and configured by you).

The fact that this router will work with ADSL or FTTC services means that you can future proof your connectivity in case the technology available at your site changes, or if you are likely to move. For example, if you are expecting Fibre To The Cabinet services to become available in your area soon purchasing this router rather than an ADSL-only model means that you won’t need to change your hardware again if the near future.

Please note that this unit is shipped unconfigured. We have setup instructions for this router in our knowledgebase.
