The partner
VoiceIQ is a cloud communications software company, founded in 2016 by Muj Choudhury. Their main product, VoiceIQ, is a cloud communication platform powered by AI specifically designed for call centres, remote workers and sales teams. It enables agents to be more productive, organised and manage high volumes of outbound and inbound calls flexibly.
VoiceIQ have been Gradwell partners for over a year, using our SIP Trunks and number services to underpin VoiceIQ for their UK customers.
The challenge
With over 20 years’ experience in enterprise software, Muj Choudhury founded VoiceIQ to build a communication platform that eradicates the disconnect between phone conversations and CRM by harnessing the power of voice AI.
VoiceIQ reached out to Gradwell, looking for a SIP Trunk provider that could run and manage their vital infrastructure. We spoke to Sam Gillingham, Marketing & Operations Director about what they were looking for from a partner:

The solution
To meet VoiceIQ’s needs, Gradwell provide SIP Trunk bundles to power their cloud phone system as well as providing them with Trunks to set up their customers with VoiceIQ. When asked about their experience with us, Sam remarked:

When asked about their growth plan and how they expect Gradwell will fit into it, Sam said:
“We have ambitions for rapid customer growth in the UK market for the remainder of this year and into 2022. The resilience and uptime that we get through Gradwell will be key to the success of our scaling.”
