Social Media Guidelines
Gradwell supports social engagement and we’d like our social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+) to be informative, helpful, and fun – a friendly place where you can talk about the latest in technology and interact with us. The following guidelines are simply to ensure you feel comfortable to express your thoughts, opinions and questions.
Personal information– Please don’t include personal or sensitive information in your posts or comments. Remember, social media platforms are public place and you should only share information you wish the general public to see. We will never request your personal or account information via a public post. If you do receive a request for this information, please don’t respond and let us know so that we can help protect you and others. Forward any suspicious activity to email@example.com and we’ll investigate.
Protecting others– Before you upload text, images, video or audio, please make sure you are allowed to do so. It’s your responsibility to ensure the content you post doesn’t infringe the intellectual property or other rights of people or organisations. If we have any concerns that rights have been infringed we may choose to delete the content.
We may moderate at times– The goal of our social community is to engage with you, our customers and prospects, providing the latest industry information and an additional place for your product and service questions. Whilst we are certainly open to expressions of opinion, we may remove and/or report posts that include:
– Inaccurate or misleading statements about Gradwell, its products, services or its people
– Personal or sensitive information
– Abusive or offensive language
– Unlawful information
– Trolling posts or disruptive posts and/or discussions
– Violations of any intellectual property rights
– Suspicious links
Support – If you have specific support questions about your current service that you need answered right away, it is best to contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember– Posts on the Gradwell social media pages by other users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Gradwell; therefore we cannot always verify all information.
