Gradwell is pleased to announce that they have received a quality award from the UK’s leading VoIP trade association.
ITSPA (http://itspa.org.uk/), the Internet Telephony Service Provider’s Association, has awarded their Quality Mark in recognition of Gradwell’s compliance with the industry’s code of practice and adherence to service standards.
The quality mark means that Gradwell:
- Complies with all ITSPA approved Best Common Practice Documents.
- Provides access to the emergency services (as a Type 2 or 4 VoIP provider) and provide clear evidence that customers are made fully aware that this service is available.
- Provides clear evidence that customers are made fully aware that the member company is also a member of a recognised dispute resolution scheme (CISAS).
- Provides a Company Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to facilitate improved communications between ITSPA members on certain issues (e.g. technical, porting, spam management etc) as well as liaising with other organisations (e.g. Home Office).
