Top Ten Reasons to Use Gradwell Cloud

So youve heard about cloud computing but arent sure if its right for your business? Here at Gradwell we cant wait for you to find out just how much of a difference Gradwell Cloud can make to your business, so weve put together a list of the top ten reasons to make the switch to the cloud:

 Telephony Solutions

Our award winning VoIP telephony is what put Gradwell on the map in the first place, and its still one of our proudest achievements.

Our handsets arrive pre-configured and ready to use, straight out of the box. All you have to do is plug your handset into the mains and internet and youre ready to start making calls and saving money.

Our telephony service features a whole host of free benefits, including call forwarding, free internal and site to site calls, itemised billing, a web control panel and hunt group functionality.

Try Gradwell Clouds telephony service and find out why VoIP technology is the future.

Superfast Broadband

Looking for an edge over your competitors? Gradwell Cloud provides the solution youre after – superfast broadband.

Broadband is one of Gradwells main strengths and we supply some of the UKs best fibre optic deals for small businesses, so why not join the 20,000 UK businesses who already use our broadband?

Web Builder

Gradwell Clouds website builder is an easy to use design interface that allows you, the user, to have full control over the way your website looks and acts.

Want a quick redesign? Our website builder has thousands of design options to choose from and allows you to rebrand your whole site with only a quick drag and drop.

But giving your site a new lick of paint isnt all Gradwell Clouds Web Builder does; it also gives you the ability to sync your website with your social media channels, add an online store and measure your traffic with our site analytic services.

Increased Security

With Gradwell Cloud you wont need to worry about formulating a complicated disaster recovery plan, thanks to Gradwell Cloud Fileshare.

Our Fileshare feature means all of your important files are backed up in the cloud, accessible wherever you are in the world. So if the worst does happen you can relax, safe in the knowledge that all of your sensitive and irreplaceable data is safe and sound in the cloud.

Gradwell Cloud Lync does exactly what it says on the tin – ensures your business is fully linked on a whole new level.

Lync will connect your website in a way that youve never experienced before, allowing your employees to keep in touch using cross-platform instant messaging, video conferencing and voice calls.

Remote Working

With Gradwell Cloud your employees will be able to work from anywhere in the world; all they need is internet access. Such flexibility is great for staff morale and studies have shown that employees are often more productive when working from home than when working in an office.

Increased Collaboration

Lyncs presence awareness features mean its easy for employees to collaborate wherever they are in the world, whether theyre sitting five metres from each other or five thousand miles away in offices a continent apart.

Lync Meetings allows you to host audio and video meetings between colleagues, suppliers and customers, bringing people from all over the world into one online meeting room.

Document Control

Without Gradwell Cloud you may find yourself sending documents back and forth to colleagues via email; this can really slow down your working speed as it means only one person can work on the document at a time, meaning your timescales are held up by another party.

However, with cloud storage you can keep all of your documents in one virtual location, so everybody can work off of one copy without having to pass it back and forth. It means you and your colleagues can communicate while making changes, to increase your efficiency and productivity.

Believe it or not, one of the big advantages of cloud computing is that it really can save your business money. Cloud computing will use less electricity as you will require less hardware to power your company, so savings can be made on both utility bills and equipment.

It never hurts to implement an environmentally friendly solution, and moving to cloud-based services can really help decrease your companys energy consumption.

Using cloud computing means youll have less need for extensive server space, which cuts down on your carbon emissions. Recent research by WSR suggests that a company using cloud computing can emit up to 95% less carbon than a similar company using traditional systems. With stats like that, whats not to like?

As you say the choice is pretty broad.
My sense would be that if you simply want a blog then the free WordPress would be fine.
However, if you want to spread out into website, a standalone domain and maybe even eventually ecommerce, then it is best to start as you mean to go on. Services like Gradwell Cloud offer cost effective domain registration and very good website builders.
So I owuld advise, plan where you want to be in two to three years and act accordingly. If it is simply a blog then go free, if it is more then consider a modest investment in domain, professional website etc.
    I hope this helps.
    Thank you

For some businesses, on premises based network phone systems no longer make sense. Hosted Phone System is a comprehensive telephony platform that provides an enterprise-grade phone system for your business. You can take advantage of the latest PBX features at sensible prices. Using cloud technology reduces your maintenance fees. No more servers, software, and update fees. Many of the hidden costs typically associated with software implementation, customization, hardware, maintenance, and training are rolled into a transparent subscription fee.

      Thanks for your comment, Timothy.
We completely agree – in today’s busy world it just isn’t feasible to be tied to a desk phone. Cloud-based services have so many benefits, like those you’ve outlined, and it’s exciting to see this concept’s popularity growing and growing.

One thing you should do is search for your competitors and
evaluate their Facebook presence. For example, it’s
not unusual for BI purchasing decisions to be made from an IT perspective.

Sharptech is the top website Design Company which has esteemed clientele
including Tata, ICICI, Mahindra, USV, AMW, Krystal, Stellar, Arham,

  4. What you wrote made a great deal of sense. However, what about this?
suppose you typed a catchier title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell
you how to run your blog, however suppose you added a post title that makes people desire more?
I mean Announcing Our New Competition: Startup
Stories | Gradwell Blog is a little plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how they
create post titles to get people to open the links.
You might add a related video or a related picture or two to grab people excited about everything’ve got to say.
In my opinion, it might make your posts a
    little bit more interesting.
