Partner Account Manager

Introduction

To generate annually agreed account margin growth through the sale of all Gradwell products to new and existing partners. Identify, recruit, onboard and grow new partners in the South of England.

Essential Requirements

  • Deliver margin growth to targets set by management
  • Through proactive telephone (inbound and outbound) email and face to face sales, generate margin from new & existing partners by promoting the company products and services, selling the features & benefits to partners and closing the deals recorded in Salesforce
  • Develop Account Development Plans and ensure these are followed & updated regularly
  • Create and maintain an up to date pipeline
  • Provide sales training to Partners to maximize margin
  • Ensure that all activity is logged and documented in SalesForce
  • Ensure that internal systems are kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation and records on company information systems
  • Achieve Activity & Lead Conversion KPIs
  • Attend shows, expos and conferences as the representative of Gradwell
  • Achievement of all agreed KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and time management at all times

 

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success at Account Manager/Channel Partner level – In both office & face – face environments
  • Cloud Communications experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • A history of generating, maintaining and growing key accounts/Partners
  • A deep interest in new technology
  • Good level of education including Maths and English
  • Degree educated
