This year is shaping up to be pretty transformative; it’s already seen us working on new products and improving some of our existing services.

A new Wave (and a special request)

We’re proud to launch our brand-new hosted VoIP system: Wave. We’re very excited about what this means for our partners as it will bring a genuine alternative to Broadsoft-backed platforms –which we know have created fatigue in the channel. Wave is available for purchase and for partners to resell from today.

Wave Softphones

As Wave is a new product, we’re working hard to make sure we keep up our momentum and continue to innovate, looking at new features and functionality. To help us do this, we’re running trials with selected partners. Want to be involved? We’re offering five free licenses and two free Yealink T42 phones (worth over £420!) Better ways for our Partners to get what they need

We’ve built Wave as a system that our partners can make use of from day one. Our team has also been working on a dedicated partner portal to help our partners place orders, provide quotes and submit support tickets.

We’re pleased to say that we’re close to being able to launch the partner portal. Final work is going into testing and integration with our existing systems, and we’re hoping to make this live by the end of this month. To help us do this and make sure that the portal works for you, email us to get involved and test the portal before it goes live.

Direct Routing

We know that there’s a lot of talk from partners and their customers about the possibility of using Microsoft Teams as a PBX through Direct Routing.

We can already offer bespoke support for direct routing projects using our SIP Trunks combined with the Microsoft-certified Anynode SBC. We’re working on streamlining this process over the next few weeks, and will be releasing official pricing and packages in the near future.
