Nick has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. He has worked in a diverse range of commercial roles in private and public, organic and investor backed businesses from startups to large multinationals.
Nick is passionate about the power of cloud to help companies and individuals build stronger relationships.
With over 30 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology industries, Andrew brings a wealth of sales and leadership experience to Gradwell with roles in organisations from large corporates to small private companies. Andrew strongly believes in teamwork and bringing the best out of people to achieve success.
Peter established Gradwell Communications because he could not find the communications technology he required for his own business; so he developed it. As CTO, Peter is as passionate as ever about advancing technological innovations that enable our customers to enjoy a simpler, efficient and cost effective way of working.
With an unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service, Barrie is responsible for overseeing our ISO 270001 certification project, maintaining our information systems and delivering valuable insight into the way our products are used, enabling us to fulfil our promise to offer a simpler way to do business.
Helen joined Gradwell in April 2014 as Porting Specialist, where she ensured Gradwell’s new customers experienced a seamless service move.
Helen’s account management skills meant she later progressed to Sales Training and Reporting Manager. In this role she is charged with overseeing the training and development of our expert team of sales advisors, and ensuring Gradwell’s customers benefit from in-depth product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
Dan’s natural affinity with customer support has resulted in a variety of roles within Gradwell Communications. Dan joined the company in February 2008 as first line technical support, where he was soon promoted to Team Leader and later, Partner and Key Account Support Manager.
Following a spell as Lead Technical Account Manager Dan was further promoted to Customer and Technical Support Manager where he is responsible for overseeing customer support, technical support, on-boarding and quality assurance; ultimately ensuring our customers have a seamless, professional and efficient experience with Gradwell. During this time Dan has restructured the support team, implemented a senior tech group for Gradwell accredited partners and migrated customer contacts to a unified platform.
