So without further ado, meet our Technical Account Manager, Kieran Fellows.
In his own words:
“I’m Kieran, one of our technical account managers here at Gradwell. It’s my Job to assist with pre and post sales technical queries alongside managing the technical aspects of our partners and key accounts service.
I started Gradwell roughly 6 years ago and have moved through technical support, partner support, complaints & enhanced care to Technical account management.
Prior to this I worked for BT Business Broadband technical support in Bristol. I enjoy the day to day challenges working at Gradwell brings alongside the projects, such as working with serviced offices around the country – bringing them complete connectivity & telephony solutions all under one roof.”
Most recently , some of you may have seen Kieran and other valuable members of our team at the Midlands Business Expo, where he held a stand at the at Solihull on Tuesday (With a nice and early 5AM start!).
There we were showcasing our Cloud based telephony offerings, via a Yealink & Snom demo set-up, alongside interest generated by our Fibre business broadband offering supported by the councils voucher scheme.
This was Kieran’s first expo, and he reported that he had a great time, meeting many interesting exhibitors and potential clients which we hope to work with in the future.
