Don't forget that all your inter-office calls, and calls between other Gradwell numbers are completely free!
Important Notes
There are two types of charges for our VoIP Service. Firstly, if applicable, we have monthly line rental for using the service. Secondly, when you make a phone call from your VoIP phone to a normal telephone we will charge you for the call, according to the rates detailed.
Please note we bill by the second, and there is a minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls.
Prices quoted do not include VAT.
Inbound calls to 0800 numbers cost 3ppm.
Calls which are diverted to land lines are charged at standard rates.
*Peak time is 8am to 6pm.
