ADSL Services Account Changes

Getting Started

Below are a list of our charges for making changes to your DSL service , this includes upgrading to a new service or downgrading your current service.

Current Charges

  • Expedite Order £125.00 , this is for expediting a NEW DSL Order an expedite cannot be placed on Migrations to our network

 

  • Cancellation Fee £50.00 , this is for a CEASE request to be placed on your DSL service , this will STOP your DSL service. This should not be used to request your MAC (portability) code

 

  • Upgrading from Business Services to Premium Services £75.00 , this is to upgrade your account from Business to Premium , which includes extra bandwidth and usage allowance

 

  • Upgrade from DSL Premium to Premium M £75.00 , this is to upgrade your account from a Premium service to our Premium M product which gives improved bandwidth

 

  • Downgrade from Premium M to Premium £75.00 , this is to downgrade your service from an Annex M based product to our Premium DSL service

 

  • Upgrade from IPStream/Datastream to LLU £75.00 , this is for lifting your DSL line from BT's network to our LLU network in unbundled exchanges only - this will also incurr downtime as BT engineering will be involved to complete this work

 

  • Lift from LLU to IPStream/Datastream £75.00 , this is for lifting your DSL line from our LLU network back to BT's managed network in unbundled exchanges only - this will also incurr downtime as BT engineering will be involved to complete this work

 

  • MAC Request £FREE , if you wish to migrate your service away from Gradwell, then please request a MAC code via your portal or email to dsl-support@gradwell.com

 

  • 32/64 Block of Static IP's £25.00 , if you wish to increase the number of static IP's available to you from 1,8 or 16 to 32 or 64. You will also need to complete and return this form to our customer services team.

 

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.
