How to complete the Keep My Number capacity planning form

The capacity planning form accompanys the porting form when people wish to transfer 10 or more numbers to Gradwell. It ensures that your numbers can be successfully transferred into the network with a similar, or better, level of service as currently experienced.

The total number of phone numbers that need to be ported over the Gradwell's services.

Expected future growth
Do you anticipate the need to expand the number of phone lines your business operates in the future? If so, please provide a rough estimate.

%age of incoming lines?
Provide the amount of numbers, from those being ported, that are used for incoming calls, not just outgoing, as a percentage. For example, if you are porting 10 lines, but 4 are used for incoming calls, the figure you would provide is 40%.

How many groups do you have on the numbers you wish to port to Gradwell? For example, Sales, Support, Billing, etc.

Is the incoming call profiles busy?
If there are certain points throughout your operating hours in which your phone lines are at their busiest, please answer 'Yes' and provide the time(s) of day. If the amount of calls, incoming our outgoing, on your numbers is evenly spread throughout your operating hours, simply answer 'No'.
