How to view your received faxes |

Getting startedIf you have requested to receive your faxes from our Fax-to-Email service in a .tif format, you may have problems viewing them using the standard Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Basic configurationIn order to view the received faxes correctly a free piece of software called Irfanview can be downloaded and installed on your PC, you can download this programme from http://www.irfanview.com/. Advanced settings and troubleshootingIf you wish to modify your Windows Operating System installation to view faxes using Microsoft Picture and Fax viewer, please follow the instructions below:
Windows has now been reconfigured to use the built in Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer application when opening .tif files. |
