| Article Number: 153 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Thu, Sep 23, 2010 at 11:08 AM |
Getting StartedThis document applies if your Exchange account has been provisioned on the server cloud-mail.co.uk Basic Configuration
The following settings need to be entered in order to provision the account (some of the settings may not be visible until you have entered the basic account details and the iPhone has verified the account)
Once these options have been entered, the iPhone will then prompt you to Synchronise , you can then specify the type of synchronisation you wish to perform. Your iPhone will prompt you if any information may be overwritten or duplicated - however it is advised to ensure you back up your Contacts/Calendar before attempting a synchronisation.
