How to configure 3CX for Gradwell Services

Getting Started

3CX have developed 2 templates which can be uploaded onto the 3CX PBX which will assist in configuring your PBX to work with Gradwell services.

Please note that at this time Gradwell cannot support the configuration of the 3CX PBX beyond the information provided in this document.

Basic Configuration

Depending on the package you have purchased (SIP Single Line or SIP Trunk) you can find the configuration files available to download at wiki.3cx.com

SIP Single Line: http://www.3cx.com/downloads/community/providers/wiki_gradwell.pv.xml.zip

SIP Trunk: http://www.3cx.com/downloads/community/providers/wiki_gradwelltrunk.pv.xml.zip

Once the relevant file has been downloaded, unzip the template to one of the following locations:

Windows XP or Windows 2003 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Http\templatesprovider

Windows Vista or Windows 2008 C:\Program Data\3CX\Data\Http\templatesprovider

Once extracted to the correct data, you should then be able to configure the template via the 3CX Web Interface, Add VOIP Node.

Advanced Configuration

If you are using 3CX Version 8 please refer to the wiki article Updating VOIP Provider templates as our templates have been developed for V7.1 of 3CX.
