Getting startedThis guide will cover setting up Microsoft Outlook 2003 for use with your Gradwell hosted email accounts using POP3. If you wish to use IMAP, choose IMAP not POP3 in the screens below. Basic configurationTo set up Outlook 2003, open Outlook and click on Tools and then Email Accounts. Click Add a new email account then click next. Click on POP3 and then next.
You are then asked for your details, please enter the details as shown above, remember your username is the POP3 email account name that you created in your control panel, for example if your email address is bob.smith@gradwell.net, and you setup mail forwarding rules for this user to send mail to bob@pop3, then your username will be bob%pop3.gradwell.net. Once this is complete, click More Settings.
Click on next and this will complete the setup. Your email address has now been setup for us with Microsoft Outlook Express 2003.
