How to setup the Gradwell One Mobile Light application

Getting started

If a Gradwell One user does not own a smartphone they will not be able to run the Mobile+ application. However, using the web application on their mobile phone they will still be able to access the Gradwell One service via Mobile Light.

If a user has a smartphone, they might prefer to use the Mobile+ application, which has more functionality.

Basic configuration

An administrator has to authorise a user to use the Mobile Light application. Navigate to the list of Users in the User administration section and select the user you wish to use the Mobile Light application.

Scroll down to the Allowed application section of the profile, select Enable Mobile Light and save the changes.

The user can then send the link to use the program directly to their mobile phone by logging into their control panel, navigating to the Applications screen and clicking Send to mobile in the Mobile Light section.
