How to install the Gradwell One Softphone+ application

Getting Started

The Gradwell One Softphone+ application is a powerful tool that allows a user to use their extension on any PC with an internet connection.

Basic configuration

In order to install the softphone, an administrator needs to enable it on the user’s account. To do this, sign into the admin control panel and navigate to users, which is in the user administration section.

Select the user, scroll to the Personal phones section check Enable softphone.

The user can download the softphone by logging into their control panel, navigating to the Applications section from the home screen and clicking on download softphone+.

After installation, start the program and setup your account using the wizard.

When you are prompted for your Server URL, use: 

https://uc.gradwell.com

Your User ID and Password are assigned by the system administrator, and are the same combination that were used to log in to the user control panel to download the Softphone+ installer. Please note that this is case sensitive.

If there is any need to edit the settings later select Options from the Tools menu.

Audio settings (for example, for headsets) can be managed in the Audio tab.

If you want the program to start automatically with the computer select the relevant option in the General tab.
