When you purchase a domain name you enter into two agreements. The first is with ourselves, gradwell dot com Limited. The second is with the registry or registration services provider we use. Normally Nominet or Tucows Inc.
You should be familar with these contracts. They do contain clauses about the publication of your personal data. These contracts are not negotiable and you must agree to them before registering your domain names.
