Not only will Gradwell VoIP offer your business increased functionality and scaleablity, it will also save you money. Unless otherwise stated in your package terms, you will be charged:

A monthly service fee
Per second charges for the calls that you make

Low cost international calls

As well as benefiting from low-cost calls to UK landlines, Gradwell VoIP customers can also call international landlines in a wide-range of countries, including the USA, Australia and China, for just 1.5p per minute.

Other key information on call charges:

All fees are stated excluding VAT.
Calls between your VoIP-enabled offices are free.
Call to anyone else on Gradwell VoIP are free.
Charges for Directory Enquiries services vary dependent on service provider.
Calls are billed by the second, and there is a minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls.
Inbound calls to 0800 numbers cost 3 pence per minute.
Calls that are diverted to land lines are charged at standard rates.
