Cobrand Partner
Slightly different to the White Label Reseller package, being a Co-Branded Partner allows you to let Gradwell handle all client billing and payments facilities and also all VoIP services.
Being Co-Branded means you:
- operate a web based front end customised to your Company including logo
- have a management interface for administration
- sell Gradwell's VoIP Service Packages and Gradwell's hardware recommendations
- co-provide first line support along with the Gradwell team
- invoice Gradwell monthly for commissions
Gradwell assists by:
- providing second and third line support
- helping with sales support as appropriate
- supplying all VoIP services
- invoicing clients with a Co-Branded bill
- taking credit risk on customer call spend
