Internet Telephony (VoIP)

Gradwell partners gain access to a customisable partner administration area where they can manage their VoIP offering and billing of sub-customer accounts. Services available to be resold include:

• Single User VoIP
• Multi User VoIP
• SIP/IAX Trunks
• Gradwell Mobile
• Gradwell One (additional training required)
   

Connectivity

To support our Internet Telelphony (VoIP) services, our partners can provide a range of connectivity services. This includes:

• SMPF Broadband (BT line required)
• MPF Broadband (line and service provided by Gradwell)
• Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM)
• Fibreline

Email and Web Hosting

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we are unable to provide our email and web hosting services (including Email-to-Fax) to our partners.
