I have struggled with several voip suppliers ie, X-On and Voip-Phone to name but two, and had such dreadful service, I almost threw the Voip phones away! But having found Gradwell all my problems seem to have disappeared. The business is predominantly a call-centre and the ability to buy one of your prestigious numbers has definitely increased our business.
