The finalists for the 14th annual Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) awards have been announced, with Gradwell making the list for Best Internet Telephony for the 3rd year in a row.
More than 40 companies have been nominated over 12 categories, such as Best New ISP and the new Customer Choice Award, with the winners being decided by an independent panel of ISPA judges at a ceremony in London on July 3rd.
We will be fighting it out with Adepteo, iNet Telecoms, KC Business, Orbis Telecom and Telappliant to be named the UK’s best business VoIP provider. All Best Business Telephony entrants underwent two months of rigorous testing by ISPA’s technical testing partner Malden Electronics.

The nomination adds to the recognition we have received over the past few years, with Deloitte, The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Federation of Communication Services (FCS) and Comms Business all recognising our successes.
And ISPA isn’t the only industry association to consistently rank Gradwell highly, with the ITSPA awards having our name present every year since 2009.

We are very happy to have scooped a top VoIP industry accolade for the fourth year in a row.
Gradwell were highly commended in the Best Business ITSP (SME) category for Multi User VoIP at the 2012 Internet Telephony Service Provider Association (ITSPA) industry awards.
The awards, with a glittering ceremony at the House of Commons last night,), reflect the different services provided by the VoIP industry. This year saw the highest number of award applications over the eight award categories.
We were highly commended for our services to SMEs across the UK and overseas in the Best Business ITSP (SME) category, after the reliability, value for money and customer service of our Multi User VoIP service was fiercely inspected by the ITSPA judging panel.
Our Gradwell One service, which offers VoIP services to micro businesses of less than 10 seats/ employees.

Gradwell is set to defend the title of Best Internet Telephony provider in the upcoming ISPA awards.
After winning the prestigious title in 2010, Gradwell has been reselected as one of the top providers in the UK in the 13th annual award show. The winners will be announced in an award ceremony hosted in London on July the 7th.
The nomination highlights the quality of service that Gradwell provides, with selection criteria relying heavily on a rigorous technical testing phase. Malden Electronics, ISPA’s voice testing partner, tested the call quality of all award entrants over the course of two months. They assessed entrants on criteria that included background noise, call set up time and audio quality. In addition, the independent ISPA judges then considered areas such as price and value for money, free access to other VoIP networks and value added services.
The nomination comes after last year’s triumph, and further industry accolades. Commercial Director Barrie Millett said, “To be nominated again, is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work and effort put in by Gradwell staff”.
