These articles are designed to look at how you can use our tools within the context of your business, to help you get the most out of your communications.

Dedicated, out of office hours support

As a business ourselves, we understand that business doesn't always start 9am Monday morning and stop at 5pm on Friday. We provide technical support to reflect this. You can call our support team from 8am to 8pm every weekday, we are even available Saturday and Sunday 9am till 5pm. Full office hours can be found here.

Open, honest communication

Some suppliers don't want to admit when they have a problem. Not us. When there is a problem we tell you exactly what is going on, what we are doing to fix it and when things should return to normal. Our Gradwell Status website provides up to the minute service information. We can even alert you via email, text message or Twitter so you know what is happening even if you're away from the office.

We listen to our customers

We provide a feedback system for all our customers. If there is a problem, let us know and we will fix it. If there is an improvement you would like to see, let us know. If others like your idea, we may implement it. We have launched three new features to our Business VoIP platform based on customer suggestions.

We built our own platforms

Gradwell began in December 1997 providing Web Hosting and Email Hosting for small businesses all across the UK. In 2002 we needed a way to connect several offices under one number. As traditional telephony was too expensive and inflexible, we developed our own Business VoIP platform, which then matured into a product and was offered to customers in 2004.
