Customer Survey Competition Terms and Conditions

1.1 Entry into the promotion described below is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
2.1. To participate in the Gradwell Customer Survey competition you must complete the customer survey, distributed by email to Gradwell customers.
2.2. Only one entry is permitted per person. Any attempt whatsoever to circumvent this sub-clause 2.2 will result in all prizes purportedly claimed by those involved being declared null and void and no prize will be issued.
2.3. The promotion is open to Gradwell customers, subject to 2.4 below.
2.4. The promotion is not open to Gradwell staff or their immediate families.
2.5. To enter the promotion, the survey provided must be completed and submitted successfully. Your entry will be confirmed upon submission of the survey.
2.6. Gradwell will determine the winner by random draw upon the end of the competition.
2.7. Gradwell cannot guarantee that the systems used by entrants to enter the promotion will be available at all times and no guarantee whatsoever is given in that regard. Any entries that cannot be submitted for technical reasons either on the part of the entrant or Gradwell, will not be counted and Gradwell assumes no responsibility in notifying the entrant of a failed entry.
2.8. The Promotion is restricted to UK residents only.
3.1. The promotion will run from 00:00 GMT Thursday 16th June 2011 to 23:59 GMT Friday 8th July 2011. Entries made after this time will not be counted.
3.2. The winner will be contacted within 10 working days from the end of the competition.
4.1. The prize consists of one HTC Desire S Android smartphone, one Gradwell Mobile SIM Card, 12 Months SIM card line rental, and 500 SIM minutes.
4.2. The winner must provide either a direct debit, or debit/credit card mandate for activation of the SIM Card, which covers any chargeable telephone or data usage.
4.3. Unless cancelled prior, the SIM card line rental and 500 SIM minutes will continue after the first year, and be charged at Gradwell's retail prices, currently £10.00 + VAT for SIM line rental and £7.50 + VAT for 500 SIM minutes.
4.4. We aim to dispatch the prize as soon as possible after obtaining the winner's correct and valid UK postal address. This is dependant on stock availability from our suppliers.
4.5. Prizes will be dispatched by Gradwell's courier partners, Royal Mail or TNT. Gradwell assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will attempt to rectify the situation where possible with our courier partners on notification of a lost or damaged delivery.
5.1. Gradwell’s decision is final in every respect concerning the promotion including, but not limited to, the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.
5.2. Gradwell reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any point, without notice.
5.3. Gradwell reserves the right to disqualify any individual who engages or attempts to engage in unauthorised interference with the entry process as well as to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition at any stage.
5.4. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The promoter of this competition is Gradwell Dot Com Limited of 26 Cheltenham Street, Bath, BA2 3EX and registered with Company Number 3673235.
5.5. Gradwell will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation, except those partners detailed in our privacy policy, required for operation of this promotion.
