Customer Service Technician

Salary: £15,000 per year
Location: Cheltenham Street, Bath

About the job

Your responsibilities will be answering telephone calls and enquiries from our customers and partners each day. You will quickly identify the problem and provide the customer with the information needed to clear their query.

You will also help customers with quick enquiries, take payments, provide status updates on their current tickets & issues and flag urgent queries and key clients to the support team leader.

You will want to give customers the best possible service, making it easy for them to interact with Gradwell. You will be well organised, have good attention to detail, be enthusiastic about new technology, eager to learn, good at asking questions to solve problems, have good written and spoken English and a clear telephone manner.

You will be familiar with computers, the Internet and email communications. Experience of Telecoms will be a big plus. The most important skill is an aptitude to learn and a desire to provide fantastic customer service. We will provide full training for Gradwell products and our CRM system Netsuite (www.netsuite.com).

This position will appeal to those with a keen interest in the latest Internet and telecoms technology and are looking to enter the world of IT support.

Salary, Location, Benefits

Salary is £15,000 per year. We also provide a range of benefits, including a Company Pension, BUPA Heathcare, Internet & Telecoms Services and Free Parking in Bath.

This is a full time position (37 hours a week, in both an 8am-4pm, 9:30-5:30 and 12pm-8pm shift pattern), based at our Bath offices in Cheltenham St, Bath, reporting to our Support Team Leader. You will receive 24 days holiday per year.

Our offices are located on the Lower Bristol Road in Bath, a 10 min walk from the train station, next to the Green Park Tavern.

We have three positions available, to start immediately.
