2011 - FCS Award Winners: Communications Provider of the Year
Gradwell was named as the UK’s best Communications Provider at the Federation of Communication Services (FCS) awards, which formed part of the group's 30th birthday celebrations.
Gradwell beat off tough competition to claim the award as the stand-out provider across the radio, mobile, fixed and IP telephony markets. The award, which aims to foster excellence, and recognise and reward innovation in the communications industry, was presented to Managing Director Peter Gradwell by political editor John Sergeant.
2011 - ITSPA Award Winners: Most Innovative VoIP Product and Best Business ITSP (SMEs) (Highly commended)
Gradwell was named as one of the UK’s best VoIP providers for the third year running at the 2011 ITSPA Awards. Gradwell Mobile secured the Most Innovative VoIP Product title, beating off competition from the likes of Vonage and Digium, while Gradwell was also highly commended in the Best Business ITSP for small businesses category, having been named a finalist for the 3rd year running.
The 3rd annual awards, after the ceremonies held in December 2008 and December 2009, recognise the success stories within the Internet telephony industry.
2010 - Deloitte UK Tech Fast 50 and Europe Tech Fast 500
The Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 Awards programme, in its thirteenth year in 2010, covers both public and private companies in all areas of technology, from Internet specialists, telecommunications and computers to life sciences and semiconductors.
Gradwell was ranked as one of the UK’s top 50 fastest-growing companies, coming 50th in the national list and 2nd in the South West rankings. The Technology Fast 50 noted that Gradwell had seen a revenue increase of 652% during the previous five years.
This is the third time that Gradwell has featured in the rankings having previously being included on the 2005 and 2009 list.
2010 - ISPA Awards Winner: Best Business Telephony
Gradwell was awarded the ‘Best Internet Telephony’ accolade at a ceremony for the 2010 Internet Services Provider’s Association (ISPA) awards, held at the London Grosvenor Marriott Hotel.
The Internet Industry Awards, now in their 12th year, recognise the best individuals and organisations in the UK internet industry, following laborious testing and an independent judging process by broadband communications authority Epitiro, as well as celebrating innovation and best practice.
2009 - ITSPA Awards Finalist: Best Business ITSP (SMEs)
Gradwell was named as one of the UK’s best VoIP providers after the finalists for the 2009 ITSPA Awards were announced.
The 2nd annual awards ceremony followed on from the inaugural event in 2008, at which Gradwell was named Best Business ITSP for UK SMEs, and once again recognised the success stories within the Internet telephony industry.
2009 - FSB Bath Awards Winners: Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Most Innovative Company (Highly Commended)
Gradwell was amongst the local organisations recognised by the Bath Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) at its 2009 awards ceremony. Gradwell was highly commended in the Most Innovative Company category, while Managing Director Peter Gradwell was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
The awards, judged by some of Bath’s most distinguished business experts, are held to honour the accomplishments and achievements of the region’s best small companies and business people.

This is the second time that Gradwell has featured in the rankings having previously being included on the 2005 list.
2008 - ITSPA Awards Winner: Best Business ITSP
Gradwell, the UK’s leading VoIP operator for UK business, won the innaugral ITSPA (Internet Telephony Providers Association) award for Best Business ITSP for UK SMEs.
Beating rivals such as BT, Enta, Hipcom, Inclarity, Voipfone and Viatel; Peter Gradwell, Managing Director of Gradwell, received the award in the presence of Derek Wyatt MP (Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Communications) and Ian Taylor MP.
2008 - Comms Business Awards Finalist: Hosted IP Telephony Supplier of the Year
Gradwell was named amongst the UK's leading Hosted VoIP providers at the 2008 Comms Business Awards.
Comms Business is an industry publication, and their annual awards ceremony is designed to recognise excellence in the service providers and resellers within the communications community.
Within the Hosted IP Telephony supplier category, the judges were looking to identify simple and compelling channel propositions, ease of deployment solutions and quality of service.
2007 - Expert Reviews: Best Buy and 5 stars
Expert Reviews, from the publishers of PC Pro and Computer Shopper, analysed Gradwel's Business VoIP offering. They awarded it 5 stars and named it a 'Best Buy'.
They mention "you get a lot for your money", as well as stating that the call quality was "excellent" and it is "impossible to tell the difference between this and a regular landline". For newly-created SMEs, Gradwell VoIP "is a well-priced service with tons of features, and it can expand to meet growing demand, too"

This was the first time that Gradwell featured in the prestigious rankings, until being listed again in 2009.
2005 - E-Commerce Awards Highly Commended - Best Use of Broadband and Best Online Customer Care
The E-Commerce awards were organised by the Department of Trade and Industry and Interforum.
The awards were designed to recognise and reward those organisations that demonstrated excellence through the use of the Internet and other Information & Communications Technologies.
Gradwell was praised for the way business VoIP improved customer's use of Broadband, as well as the way we used information & communications technologies to provide value to customers.
The awards were Gradwell's second appearance in a row after winning awards in 2004.

The E-Commerce awards were organised by the Department of Trade and Industry and Interforum.
The awards were designed to recognise and reward those organisations that demonstrated excellence through the use of the Internet and other Information & Communications Technologies.
